There is a vacancy for a Non-executive Director on West London Mental NHS Trust. Essential criteria

Candidates will need to have a genuine commitment to patients and the promotion of excellent health care services.

For this vacancy on the board, the Trust is seeking to appoint an individual with senior level experience working in a “high reliability organisation” or in an industry or business that exhibits exemplary practices in safety, security and quality.

Desirable criteria

Candidates may be considered from the wider area served by the Trust’s nationally commissioned services. However, the Trust has a preference for applicants with strong connections to the boroughs of Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham and Hounslow, or who are representative of the diverse social, economic and cultural groups it serves. Candidates who live or work outside these three boroughs will need to demonstrate that this would not be a barrier to attendance at meetings of the board and its sub-committees and participation in regular board member visits to Trust sites.
